Experience what the Columbus Marathon & 1/2 Marathon weekend is all about when you take part in the Jesse Owens 5K, honoring the legacy of the Ohio State and Olympic running legend, presented by Park National Bank!

Beginning at the official marathon start line, you'll take a scenic tour of downtown Columbus before earning your medal at the big finish. The 5K is the perfect event for first-timers, or the first "leg" of our new "Gold Medal Challenge!"

NEW THIS YEAR! Jesse Owens 5K and 1 Mile registrants receive an event t-shirt and medal for finishing!

Please note: for the safety of all participants, strollers are not allowed and may be removed from the course.
